1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the SpendFlow application, website, and educational blog pages, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to all of these terms, do not access or use SpendFlow.
These terms govern your account registrations, subscription plans, use of offline databases, and interaction with our online content.
2. Account Eligibility & Account Protection
To register for a SpendFlow account, you must be at least 18 years old or have reached the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction. By registering, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your PIN, password, and account session tokens, as well as for all actions that occur under your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access.
3. Subscriptions, Payments & Billing Terms
SpendFlow offers a standard free plan and a premium Pro Plan with expanded features (like unlimited budgets, customized categories, and secure sync backups). The following terms apply to paid access:
- Billing: Subscription payments are processed securely through our partners (Razorpay / PayPal). By subscribing, you authorize us to charge the fee.
- Automatic Renewal: Recurring plans renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled before the renewal date.
- Cancellations: You can cancel your subscription plan at any time through your Profile Settings. Cancelled accounts retain access until the end of the current billing cycle.
- Refunds: Payments are non-refundable except where legally required or in specific cases of payment system errors verified by our billing team.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
The SpendFlow application structure, logos, brand assets, site styling (index.css/style.css), graphic designs, and all educational blog content are the intellectual property of SpendFlow Financial and its founders.
