About us

Clearer money decisions, one entry at a time.

SpendFlow combines practical expense tracking with straightforward personal finance education.

What SpendFlow does

SpendFlow helps people record income and expenses, understand spending categories, set budgets, manage savings goals, and create useful reports. The app is built around a simple idea: managing money shouldn't feel complicated.

Everything is designed with clarity in mind: a clean dashboard, detailed transaction history, easy report generation, and support for multiple currencies. SpendFlow doesn't connect to your bank account. Your data stays on your device, which keeps things private and secure by default.

Our blog

The SpendFlow blog publishes educational articles about budgeting, saving, expense tracking, and financial habits. Articles are written for general information and do not replace advice from a qualified financial, tax, or legal professional.

Who is behind SpendFlow?

Founder and builder

Ram Tiwari

Digital Marketer

Hi, I'm Ram Tiwari, the person behind SpendFlow.

By profession, I work as a Digital Marketer and SEO Project Manager, with over five years of experience helping brands grow through organic search, content strategy, and Answer/Generative Engine Optimization (AEO/GEO). But SpendFlow didn't come from a marketing project. It came from a personal problem.

Like a lot of people, I used to lose track of my own spending. I tried several budgeting apps, but most of them were either too complicated, packed with features I didn't need, or missing the ones I did: a clean dashboard, proper reports, and the ability to switch currencies without hassle.

So I decided to build one myself. SpendFlow is the result: a straightforward expense tracker with a clutter-free dashboard, a dedicated transaction section, detailed reports, and multi-currency support. It intentionally skips bank-account linking. Your financial data stays fully in your control, which makes it more private by design.

SpendFlow is an independent, self-funded project. It isn't backed by a bank or a large company. It's built and maintained by one person who wanted a better tool and figured other people probably wanted one too.
